One pattern. One tool. One different action.
Understanding matters. But eventually something has to change in what you do. Find the problem you are dealing with. Choose one tool. Try it in real life.
Pattern Rewind
Behaviour → Feeling → Expectation → Belief → New Choice
Start The Pattern Rewind →Pattern Rewind
Follow the pattern backwards.
Relief Rewind
What are you really needing relief from?
The Pause
Notice it before it becomes another reaction.
Fact or Story
Separate what happened from what your mind says it means.
One Step Outside The Box
You do not need to change everything. You need one step.
Evidence Check
Your mind may be using old evidence to describe who you are now.
Name What Is Here
You know something is happening. You just cannot quite name it.
Afterwards → During → Before
Track the same pattern over time and see whether you are noticing it earlier.
Keep it small
Do not try every exercise at once. Trying everything at once can become overwhelming — or another way of putting off one useful action. Pick the problem that is happening now. Use one tool. Then ask: Did I see something I normally miss? Did I interrupt anything? What would I notice earlier next time?
